OnDialog is an online, securely-hosted application that allows you to build an unlimited number of landing pages with customized headlines and page copy. The application includes a form with over 70 customized, optional questions, and permits you to assign unique URLs, all within a branded Web page template created to your specifications. You can personalize each and every customized landing page so that your targets receive individual Web pages populated with the data in your database. No software loading, no server setup and no maintenance: OnDialog is available for you to use right now.

What are best practices for response emails?
A response to a registrant should include a "thank you" Web page (appearing after the registrant submits their information), the ability to load files and links to that thank you page (for viewing by the registrant), a thank you email that is automatically sent to the registrant, as well as a notification that lets you know when a new registration comes in. OnDialog contains all these elements so the marketer can create a complete landing page solution for each and every ad.

Is OnDialog offered solely as a hosted application?
Yes, as this assures you will receive every new revision and new version of OnDialog immediately as it is rolled out. Our servers are professionally managed and continually backed-up with redundant systems in preparation for the rare occurrence of a server failure.

Can OnDialog be integrated with my CRM system?
OnDialog is fully integrated with Salesforce.com, SugarCRM and NetSuite. We offer additional services to support a variety of other CRM solutions and can auto-forward submitted data into a pre-determined location on your server, where it can be loaded into your CRM. Another method allows the data to be batch FTP'd to your server, again for loading into your CRM.
OnDialog is completely integrated with Salesforce.com, SugarCRM and NetSuite. Not only can the user access their OnDialog account from within Salesforce.com, but all responses are instantly inserted into the Salesforce.com account as a lead or an account, and if the registrant already exists, the data is appended into the existing lead or account record (thus eliminating duplicate entries).

How does OnDialog handle network security?
OnDialog is a hosted solution. There is no gateway that can be exploited to gain unwanted entry into the client's network. The client accesses their OnDialog solution from the Web and registrants submit their data via the Web, without entry to the client network. In addition, OnDialog has passed the rigorous and stringent Salesforce.com Due Diligence, and as a result, has received certified status.

Is there support and training?
Support is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time via phone or email. Depending upon which OnDialog account you choose, training is available from either on-demand Web seminars or live, person-to-person Web conferencing.

What are the differences between an OnDialog Free Trial and a Customer OnDialog landing page account?
The 30-day Trial is a free, no obligation, fully functional account that you set up and can use to create and launch customized landing pages to enhance lead generation and campaign response. Subscribers have additional integration and customization options and are billed on a monthly basis.

Do I need to give a credit card to activate my OnDialog Trial account?
Yes, we will need your credit card info in order to set-up the free 30-day trial. At the end of the trial, your credit card will automatically be charged on a monthly basis to continue use of the OnDialog product.

Does my account stay intact when I move from a free trial to a subscriber?
Yes. Your data is always available to you so you can cleanly upgrade from the free 30-day OnDialog Trial to OnDialog without any loss of data.

Do I need to know HTML to use OnDialog?
Not at all. As you build each landing page, it can be done in either text or HTML so it is not necessary to know HTML.

Can I use HTML to build my OnDialog body copy?
Yes, not only within the body copy sections on your main landing page, but within your post-submission page as well. You can also include images within your HTML as long as you are hosting the images.

What does it mean to personalize a page?
You can personalize landing and thank you pages based on fields within your database or visitor-provided information. Similar to a mail merge, OnDialog allows you to upload your database with specifically defined fields so that you can modify headline and body copy with personalized data. Additionally, once a user submits a request, automated thank you pages and email responses can include the provided information.

What URL will I receive?
All free trials are assigned the URL yourcompany.OnDialog.com, where "yourcompany" is anything you desire. When you become a subscriber, you can create a new domain that tightly matches your company's Web site domain or we can secure one for you.

How will you create management reports that I can use?
Complete tracking is available from within OnDialog, allowing the user to track clicks and conversions by campaign for landing pages, and for any date range. The data is parsed either by landing page campaign code, or as a total, and is viewable online or downloadable as a .csv file. As a result, the marketer can determine CTRs, conversion rates, cost per conversion, cost per click and any other pertinent marketing metric. Customized reporting is available through OnDialog Enterprise, where as a part of the account setup process, we will work with you to determine the report parameters that you require. Once we understand what you need, we will then customize your OnDialog Enterprise account so that these reports are delivered to you online whenever you need them. Note that this is an option that entails a separate fee.

How can I review my registrants’ data?
Your registrant information is always available to you online through your OnDialog account. All you need to do is log into your OnDialog account. Each landing page's registration information is available by clicking on the landing page title. It opens up as a .csv file, which allows you to download it directly to your desktop or view it online. However, if you are a Salesforce.com user, your data can be inserted directly into your account.
